A system that compares kitchen quotations, orders and supplier confirmations, and brings requested changes from WhatsApp and email into the same project view.
The task: Check whether quotations, orders and confirmations agree, while keeping customer changes in view.
What we built
We built document comparison, supplier matching, a project dashboard, document and conversation views, daily summaries and delivery checks.
How it works
Managers start a comparison when a new supplier confirmation arrives. The system flags differences for review and surfaces customer requests to change models, items or specifications alongside the project documents.
What it makes possible
Managers can review document differences and requested changes together, with delivery information and project deadlines in view.
