What we built
We built a CRM with customer records, sales stages, configurable service packages and quote calculations. It brings together invoices, receipts, payment tracking, tasks and onboarding progress in one customer record. The system supports standard packages, additional services and customer-specific work.
How it works
Each enquiry moves through consultation, quotation, payment and service setup. The selected services and quantities form the basis of the quote. As work progresses, the customer record brings together billing documents, payment status and outstanding tasks. The team can follow both the commercial agreement and the work needed to complete onboarding.
What it makes possible
Sales and delivery teams work from the same customer information. They can see what was agreed, what has been paid and what remains to be completed when responsibility passes from one person to another.
